SHIPPING AND TRACKING

When Will My Order Ship?
We know the excitement of getting a new plant, and we’re just as eager for you to meet your new green friend!

To ensure quick delivery, we ship year-round, regardless of your local weather. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase.

Your plants are carefully packed in our warehouses located in California and Florida to ensure they reach you safely. If there’s any damage during shipping, it will be covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.


What Happens if There’s an Issue With My Order?
We take pride in delivering healthy, fresh plants. We guarantee that every plant you receive will be in great condition.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll make sure to resolve it promptly.


Winter Shipping Update
As the cold weather sets in, we’re making adjustments to our packing methods to ensure plants are protected during transit.

We’ll begin recommending heat packs for orders to colder regions as temperatures drop below freezing.

In some cases, our team will monitor weather conditions closely and may delay shipping until conditions improve, which could take up to two weeks.

We suggest adding one heat pack for every 1-4 plants ordered. Please note that if a heat pack is not included and your plants are damaged by cold temperatures, they won’t be covered under our healthy plant delivery guarantee.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Can I Exchange My Item(s)?
Yes, of course! If you receive something that doesn’t work for you, simply email us at info@greenmemento.com with your exchange request, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchange as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day.


What Do We Cover and What Don’t We?
We make sure all plants are shipped in healthy condition when ordered correctly. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Address changes for processed orders must be made within 24 hours.

  • During colder months, heat packs are required for orders to colder regions. Without a heat pack, we cannot cover any cold damage or offer a replacement/refund.

  • Delays or lost shipments due to the courier are not covered by our policy.

  • If your plants are damaged during shipping (and it doesn’t fall under the previous points), we offer either a refund or replacement.


Can I Get a Full Refund?
Some items, such as perishable goods (plants, flowers), custom-made products (special or personalized orders), and personal care items, are not eligible for returns.

However, if your order arrives in an unhealthy state due to an error on our part, we’ll either issue a refund or send you a replacement.

To qualify, please email us at info@greenmemento.com with your order number, shipping details, and a photo of the damaged item.

  • We can only provide one replacement order. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

  • After 30 days, returns may be accepted at our discretion and will be refunded as store credit.


Who Pays for the Return Shipping?
We’ll cover the return shipping costs for any items you need to send back.

We also encourage you to share any feedback about the returned items. This helps us continuously improve our offerings!
